How many days does it take to ship a product?

Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 3 to 5 working days to deliver the item.

Can you make the outfit I want to order in another color or as per my measurements?

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?
Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by the client. Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations.
Is there an Express Delivery (Shipping Within 24-48 hrs)?

How can I meet with the designer for a Custom Made outfit?

Do you do bridal wear?

How do I get my outfit altered?
We generally keep a 3" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you
Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy as all the garments are made to order. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.
